Orders & returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations as our warehouse processes and dispatches orders right away. If you have any concerns, reach out to us as soon as possible at support@clubmarbs.com

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us at support@clubmarbs.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For full details, visit our refund policy page.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@clubmarbs.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions to get started.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@clubmarbs.com with photos. We'll make it right.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please reach out to us.

Please note that shipping dates are indicative only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. International orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Are your lenses scratch-resistant?

Yes. Our lenses feature a scratch-resistant coating to help them stay clear and sharp through everyday wear. While no lens is completely scratch-proof, ours are built for real life — and made to last.

Do the lenses offer UV protection?

Absolutely. All Club Marbs lenses offer full UVA and UVB protection. They don’t just look good — they help shield your eyes from harmful rays and reduce eye strain in bright conditions.

How do I care for my sunglasses?

Keep them in the protective case when not in use. Clean the lenses with the included soft cleaning cloth and a gentle rinse with water and mild soap when needed. Store them lens side up to avoid scratching.
